Has anyone run into or, heard of any issues/caveats with upgrading IPCCe from 5.0 to 7.1 or 7.2?
Also, is the preferred CCM upgrade from 3.3(2) to 4.1 or 4.2?
Customer has three clusters one is at 3.3(2), another is at 4.0 and the 3rd is at 4.1
They want to upgrade all to 4.1 but heard there were issues with 4.2;
I heard that there may be issues with 4.1; particularly with CTI screen pops; is this true?
