I have a supervisor that wants her agents to not be able to see that she's online to monitor them. I haven't found any documentation of how to do this, does anyone know if this is possible? Our agents are using CAD 10.0(1a).

Are you reffering to agents CAD- chat window where they can see whether supervisor is logged in or not?
You can try removing the supervisor from assigned resources inside the team configuration.

Yes, that's what they want to happen. She suspects that they talk to our customers differently when they can see that she's logged on.
Are you referring to the Agent Team List? I tried this with my own ID, and was still able to see me logged in with a user's ID.
