Can not find DSBrowser utility on CTI Manager Server???

I can't not find DSBrowser utility in CTI Manager Server under the following path c:\Program Files\cisco\desktop_config\util

Need help !!!

Check how the Desktop Supervisor islicensed in Start Programs->Cisco->License Update Utility. If you don't have any Enhanced Supervisor licenses, it could be the cause.
