Can't Locate Configuration Page?

Hello,

I'm running IPCC 7.0 and I can't find the JTAPI Call Control Group Configuration Page.  Supporting Documentation says it should be under Subsystems > JTAPI but I don't have JTAPI as an option under Subsystems.  Anyone know where this page is at?  I'm trying to change the User Hold Audio Source.

Subsystems -> Cisco Unified CM Telephony -> Cisco Unified CM Telephony Call Control Group
