CCX editor HTTP

Hi everyone

I would like to config some HTTP script to provide online registration on our web server . Can i do it from CCX ? I mean , some man calling to ccx app and via dialing some button online registering  . Can anyone sahre information or experience how to do it ? )I am beginner on HTTP and scripting , sorry for this kind of question ^_^

CCX is a contact centre platform, primarily designed for getting customers in contact with your staff.

If you just want someone to register their details on a website you would typically use a web form - i.e. a basic website, nothing to do with CCX.

Perhaps you can clarify what you need to do further?

We just need to send some information via CCX to our internal web server. This Request will do not agent , this  will do anyone who called to the particular trigger .
