Cisco 8841 keeps stuck Phone is registering

Hi all,

 

Basically CISCO 8841 equipment that is stuck in the "Phone is registering" state and this seems to happen randomly (According to customer) without any changes\touched to the equipment\network. in HCS it is effectively unregistered: Real-time Device Status
Registration: Unknown
IPv4 Address: None

It appears to be a locale issue rather than a configuration issue, or am I assuming something wrong?
Will resetting the equipment via HCS help anything?
Disconnect\connect network cable;Hard Reset?
