when i try to backup the cisco call manager the backup process stops at a stage when it is copying the .TAR to archieve and from there it never proceeds further from 0% and after a day when i checked the status I get the following screens which is in the attachemts...any solutions please let me know

As per suggestion when i checked in the bug toolkit i got the following message "Information contained within Bug ID CSCsj55168 is currently under review for publishing on Bug Toolkit and will be available soon, often within one or two business days. The publishing team has been automatically alerted to expedite the review of this bug so it may be available sooner than usual. Further, you may add this bug to your watch group to be notified when the bug is made available to you. " if you have the content can you share it .
