cisco finesse + cisco Jabber ctierror = 88046

Dear Ones, this is my first time here on the forum.

 

I have the following problem: the service desk of the company where the work is using the cisco jabber, the supervisor who is also using the app informs me that I could not hear the technicians during the calls.

I have already reviewed several configurations.

In the physical device this hearing works normally.

but with Jabber it presents the error: A bridge built into the agent's device is not enabled. (ctierror = 88046), the BIB is already activated.

please help me

You will likely need to provide more information for people to be able to offer suggestions.

For instance, what version of UCCX?

What version(s) of Jabber and on what OS?

Is this in the office vs. at home/remote/through MRA?

Has this ever worked for you?
