I have the following problem: the service desk of the company where the work is using the cisco jabber, the supervisor who is also using the app informs me that I could not hear the technicians during the calls.
I have already reviewed several configurations.
In the physical device this hearing works normally.
but with Jabber it presents the error: A bridge built into the agent's device is not enabled. (ctierror = 88046), the BIB is already activated.
