Cisco Finesse Email Connectivity issue

Full UCCX version:

System version: 11.6.2.10000

Full SocialMiner version:

Application Software Version: 11.6(2)-48

We are having issues with Cisco Finesse, when any of our agents log into Finesse Chat and Email it randomly times out on the agent giving an error message "Unable to reply to customer's email due to a server connectivity issue." 

Did anyone ever seen this issue before? We are using google Chrome and can't use any other browser due to Plain text copy\paste option. I have already shared these logs below with TAC but still no answer.
