Cisco Finesse: Not Ready - Supervisor Initiated

Hi All

 

We are migrating from CAD to Finesse and our UCCX environment is 10.6(1).

While checking the functionality on our test environment, we are not able to see "Not Ready - Supervisor Initiated" reason code when supervisor forcefully making any agent to a not ready state. Could let me know, if I am checking at wrong place or what is the best way to solve this issue.
