Hope everyone are doing good. We are integrating the Cisco Finesse with our CRM using the XMPP Protocol and Rest APIs. In order to fetch the notifications regarding the queues added or removed to the agents we are subscribing the Notification End point /api/finesse/User/{id}/Queues. But unfortunately we are unable to subscribe the Node and getting empty Response. We tried the same with 11.6 and 12.6 Cisco Finesse with agent and supervisor credentials but still not getting the subscription response. The same node end point when we are accessing the Cisco Finesse is getting subscribed via Finesse BOSH but not working via CRM in XMPP protocol. We are getting empty response in subscription without any jids. Rest Nodes of Dialog , User, Dialogs are working absolutely fine except the queues node.
Can anyone pleas let us know if any special access is needed to subscribe the Queues node ? A little help might be appreciated and will help us to integrate the solution with CRM.
