Hello Guys ,
I have a problem with Cisco Finesse Agent Web Desktop, When agent try to change state from not ready to ready . Pop up error appear. That error message "CF Resource out of service". I try to stop and start CTI Service but this case still happen. Temporary solution is try to trigger Jabber/Phone on hook and off hook then try to change state agent (this solution working but i agent cant do it every day when their want to login finesse
Any suggestion , thanks a lot
