Cisco UCCE CUIC 10.5 Report

Hi,

Please let me know if there is any stock report which we can use for cisco UCCE CUIC 10.5 to get below info for agent

1,Agent Talk time

2.No of calls inbound handled

3.No of oubound calls made

I was able to get Agent Team Attendance Historical but when I actually run it I dont get all the required info

Please let me know

Curious to know if your issue is with "getting the data" or is it with creating a 3 column report within the CUIC?  Our reports are very simple to create and easily modified to fit your requirements.  Please let me know if a 3rd party solution is worth looking at.  Our price point is very affordable and the user-friendliness is very effective.  Please reach out if you are interested.  Thank you.
