Cisco UCCX 10.6 - Using DTMF and ASR in the auto attendant script
I have a customer that would love to have the auto attendant directory as a selection in her menu. The ideal would have the choice of DTMF and ASR Activated so you can either say the name or press the digits based on the name. There is one provided by Cisco under file and new in Script editor called auto attendant. So I debug the script and when it gets to the name to user steps the voice seems garbled and would not move forward, almost like a buffer issue. I played with the settings in the step with no success. I turned off our speech recognition and the script goes through using the steps that says ASR is not available spell the last name using the keypad. How can I have ASR and DTMF working? So has anyone else had this problem? and if so how did they fix it? Thank you for your help in Advance
