Hi all. I’ve recently watched the Contact Center Express (CCX) Update and Roadmap – (DGTL-BRKCCT-1011) Cisco Live presentation and I'm looking for some clarification regarding the announcement about Cisco Webex Workforce Optimization
The roadmap suggests that the new cloud based WFO offering contains Quality Management, Workforce Management and Analytics features all in the same bundle. Traditionally these have always been separate components of WFO, with each component needing a different server and licences.
Does anybody know if all of these features are now available on the Advanced Quality Manager Licence (or it’s WebEx WFO counterpart) for UCCX or if there are still going to be separate licences for each component?
