Hi All,
We have some 30 agents in CCX. Now I want to group these agents. Agents has to be grouped in 5 different groups. Kindly give me the configuration steps to create different groups and to assign the agents into the group.

Hello,
You will have to the RmCm subsystem and create some new teams once you have the teams configure you will need to assigned the agents to the proper teams.
could you please tell me the version of UCCX that you are running so I can take the screenshots of the config steps

Thank you for your help. The UCCX version is 8.0.2. Actually we have some 30 agents and there is one script running for it. Now our requirement is to divide the agents into 5 groups and make a script such that if all the users in one group is busy then the call should automatically flow to another group hunting the available agent. Also we would require, the automatically selection of groups in a particular manner. Say for example, My groups are A, B, C and D. When the caller selects a particular group, and when all the users are busy in that group then the call should hunt in next group order like
B->D->C->A. Thanks in advance.
