CRM database Integration with UCCX

Dear,

I’m working on small project to integrate UCCX 10.5 with MS-CRM, the integration between CRM database and UCCX caller need to be done via web service which mean that I have to add from uccx script some elements, variables …etc to send URL request to CRM in order to be validate the value by MS-CRM database the web service WCF Service (SOAP messages).

Can you someone guide me what need to be done from UCCX script to validate caller inputs (DTMF) via web services, caller will enter DTMF digits and will be send as one variables to be verify from CRM database and the expecting output from CRM will be either Yes or No? Nothing else.
