CRS 4.0(4) to CRS 4.0(5) SR2 Upgrade

Requesting tips on anyone that has performed a CRS upgrade. This is my first time performing this.

Is there an installation guide or document that would be helpful.

When you do the upgrade, you have to use BARS to do it. Once you start, BARS will spawn a second window.

It's critical that you read the docs and set the security settings for the browser correctly. Also, make SURE you position the windows so you can SEE when text appears in either window. The one that pops will obscure an action you have to take in the other window! This bit me big time and it took a while to figure out why.
