Not on PCD. I would suggest you try doing the data export and then build with data import. Not automated, but it gets you past this problem.

Figured it out....stupid mistake. There was a filter being applied to the call handler list.

Figured this out. I had to go download a much older version of Putty, and it was able to connect. Using wireshark, I was able to see that the phone and the SSH client weren't able to agree on an encryption protocol, so the handshake was failing. O...
