CSD login

I am running UCCX 4.5(2). I can login to CAD using my account but cannot login to CSD using the same account even though I have the Supervisor group checked for the account. It pops up and says my password is incorrect. What gives?

With UCCX 4.0 (and it may be the case with UCCX 4.5 too), initially the CSD password is the same as the username, not the CAD password.
