CTI OS Server has generated an exception in Service Broker

Hi,

today the private link get failed between my two PG's. and i found one error messgae in the event viewer "CTI OS Server has generated an exception in Service Broker".

also i checked the MDS logs and found tha "Last EMT Error [10055]: An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full."

Please suggest wether the issue is with cisco application or it's system issue(windows).

I am a long-standing NON-advocate of geographically split duplex PGs.  Especially for duplex PGs with CTI Server, CTIOS Server ,and FIVE PIMs!!  Cross-over cables do not fail.
