Hi,
We have IPCC 6.0 with CTIOS6.0(no SR).
If AgentA does consult tranfer to agentB, then agentB desktop will hung. Agent state remains in Talking after the call also. An error event gets generated in CTIOS server. The error message picture is attached.
What could be the problem?

Hey, it looks like a known issue, although I do not have a defect handy. The issue was resolved in IPCC 6.0 SR2, but apply SR3 as its the latest and greatest SR available.

Thanks for the info. SR3 is still not available. I will apply SR2 and test.
