Solved: CUIC admin rights issue

Hello,

I have uccx 11 with CUIC. and I wanted to set up additional admin user in order to create and modify reports.

I went to security and added one of the supervisors to admin group. But whatever I try cannot save as reports with this new users.

the Report Category always stay unavailable.(grey)

Any suggestions?

There can be only one Super/Admin user for CUIC. As far as creating a report better known as doing a Save As after running a report is concerned then that can only be done by the Super/Admin user and no other user (no matter what roles you given them). Supervisors can though modify the already created reports if the Super/Admin user had checked the Execute and Write box while creating a copy of a report.
