Yes you can do that. Save a report and edit the view to display only the "Total CallsOffered". And the in the dashboard, map to the same report. You can increase the font of the report as you wish and display it. And also if you don't want to display the Title of Report View then just keep it blank. If you want to hide the header then adjust the widget size in the dashboard.
