Running CVP 4.0 comprehensive and was wondering how to go about it for the Branch Office Backup in case the WAN fails. I know for IPT users SRST will work fine but what to do for the agents?
you might consider the survivability script and/or using a dialpeer point to a CUCM Hunt group(basically like a default route in ICM).
