Did anyone face issue with the audio file readback. A part of the audio file is not audible. This issue happens very randomly. For example, if the verbiage of an audio file is "Welcome to IVR Demo", we just hear part of the audio content "Welcome to" rest of the content will not be played back. This issue happens randomly. Any guidance on resolving this is much appreciated.
I hope its not stopped because of barged in, few milliseconds chopping is what i have heard of but it seems you have big amount of portion of wav file getting chopped.
Could you upload the relevant logs.
