CVP with OutPulse Dialing for Directory Service Information

We have a customer (Telecom Of Thailand) with appls like Directory Services for their customers to get number info.

Just want to cross check on the following customer requirement on the feasibility of using "outpulse dialing" for Self Service Comprehensive Model

1) Customer 1 make a call to IPCC Call Center as shown in PPT.

2) Call is being handle by the CVP(ISN)...and query the data for Customer 2 directory number info.

3) CVP "outpulse transfer" to the "PSTN Carrier" to let it dial the Customer 2 for the call setup...releasing the gateway chanel port.

Note : there no requirement for ASR/TTS in this solution

Is the above scenario a working solution??? any comments and input will be great??

Hook Flash and DTMF Outpulse are invoked on the gateway via h.245 signalling. The ISN Voice Browser can request the gateway to perform these operations, but VXML running on the gateway itself cannot.

So, to answer your question, your scenario should work fine, but you will need to use Queue and Transfer deployment model rather than Comprehensive.

Correction: This will work in Comprehensive model as well. It is Advanced Speech and Standalone models where this won't work, because in those models transfers are done using VXML on the gateway.
