Departments in UCCE

I need to have the ability to split the administration of agents to different companies. We use a UCCE as a hosted solution in our company but provide the UCCE to different sub companies. In PCCE there is  a concept of Departments , in UCCE can I assign a supervisor and agents to a department and so the supervisor can only see their own agents to the Skill group or Attribute per sub company ? is there a way to achieve this

There is no way to achieve it in CCEADMIN interface of UCCE.

My suggestion is to use Unified Contact Center Domain Manager or CCMP.
