Domain Manager Error

I'm getting an error on domain manager:

Organizational Unit Validation Errors

Validation error for organizational unit: OU=Cisco_ICM,DC=UCCELAB,DC=COM

Error | Location

Unable to load Descrectionalry ACD: | OU=Cisco_ICM,DC=UCCELAB,DC=COM

Missing/incorrect ACEs for trustee: | UCCELAB\CISCO_ICM_SETUP

Below it, there's a button that's asking 'Do you want to fix the errors?'. Clicking 'yes to all' will result to 'Error repairing problems with the organizational unit.

Error Details:

Error: Cannot add ACE

Location: Null Dacl

Code: 0x8F (143)

Message:

UCCE version is 11.0

I'm still able to create facilities and instance though...

I've never seen that before so if I had to guess I would say an issue with the domain account you're using to launch the program. Other thing I would mention is that you ensure you're running the latest installer for your version. 11.0 is pretty old so I'm sure this isn't a bug as more of an issue on your end.

my bad.

my domain is uccelab.com and the central controllers are roggera and roggerb.

I was using the default administrator account and I was logged in ass ROGGERA\Administrator instead of UCCELAB\Administrator.

I've created a new user instead to avoid the confusion.

I only have the iso for ICM 11.0 but I've already upgraded to 11.6.2.

I'm getting another error with the logger install but i will just post it in a different thread.

When logging into the windows server, use a user with domain admin rights.
