We are trying to replace Avaya Call Center from a customer site by Cisco IPCC express 4.0 Enhanced Edition
7 ip phones (7940) about 25 gnets
Each one has a device profile (Extension mobility) and can log in any time with his extension number then he logs again to become an Agnet on the same ip phone by ID,Password and extension number.
So each user logs twice (1-extension mobility 2- ipcc Agent) to become an Agent but the customer is complaining and doesn't like that solution.
He likes to login one time only to his ip phone (XML phones not CAD)
His Avaya solution allow agent to login one time only and he likes to do the same with Cisco IPCC.
How can we do that ? Is this possible.

Not possible to have agents move around from one phone to another without extension mobility in IPCC Express unfortunately.
