Hi Team,
I recently installed a fresh PCCE 12.6.2 setup , and I installed ECE 12.6.1ES9 web and DB , configured them in AW (
Unified CCE Administration) , the ECE box in Unified CCE Administration is working
But the agent gadget in finesse is returning 504 , I tried almost everything , from certificate checking and uploading to each server , all servers are on the same subnet , with no FW , all ports are reachable , i tried to read logs with no success
the above url is opening when i use it directly into the browser.
Any ideas ?
