I have a mistake in my contact center 8.0 with CSD :
to start the CSD gives me this error:
Another supervisor has logged in with the same ID. Your supervisor desktop will log out.

It mean that when you attempt to login there is someone logged into CSD with same User ID.

Is this happening with one user account or all the user(supervisor) ?

This happens with the supervisors of a specific team. The other supervisors are ok

Problem Supervisors are getting randomly logged out of the Chat service.
Solution If a supervisor attempts to log into the Chat service with the same ID as
another supervisor, the Chat service logs the first supervisor out. To
avoid this problem, make sure that each supervisor has a unique ID.
The ID is the extension stored in Phonedev.ini (located in the config
folder). Phonedev.ini is populated with the extension field from the
Login dialog box when Agent Desktop is started.

For Quick Resolution, you can restart Cisco Chat Service else you can raise a TAC case for troubleshotting assistance.
