Any errors in your Router Log Viewer?

Hi- Thanks for your prompt response. Checked router log viewer we don't see any messages related to Dialed number alert event. So finally we restarted A side PG services and alert error message disappeared now.

Let me monitor and keep you updated, in case the issue reoccurs.

Thanks once again for your help!!!
