i was asked to upload new voice prompts into the UCCX.
but encountered error.
this is not the first time i am uploading the prompts.
how do i check the log file for the error.
normally if i upload a file with the same file name, it will replace the old file.
but this time, i keep getting error when trying to upload

Pull MADM logs using RTMT when upload fails and check the error. For details on tracing required refer:
