Hi All
From a Supervisor I trying to Start Monitoring a Agent in Talking State, but I have the follow error: Agent device does not support Silent Monitor. (CTIError=88047)
- Agent and Supervisor have Built in Bridge Enable
- Agent and Supervisor , in the line have same Monitoring Calling Search Space.
- Supervisor End User has the groups Standard CTI Allow Call Monitoring and Standard CTI Enable
- RMCM user has roles for Call Monitoring and Call Recording which is Standard CTI Allow Call Monitoring and Recording
- Agent and Supervisor have IPCommunicator
