Finesse administration OK, agent fails

An administrator can log into finesse but the agent fails. 

It was working OK but the  agent PG were lost and so rebooted.  We then rebooted,  restated tomcat in both a and b finesse but again the agent fails.  It was OK before the pg rebooted - any ideas where to looks

Hi,

 

Make sure  below services is running . Also check the CTI server side A & B  IP address and Port No are correct .

 

Check the Agent PG, PIM and CTI server  services are up and running .

 

Cisco Finesse Notification Service

Cisco Finesse Tomcat

 

If the Problem persist please restart the finesse node  : utils system restart
