Finesse Direct Preview

Hi,

We have a UCCX 11.5 where we use Agent Based Direct Preview outbound calling. This works.

What we are seeing if we apply a recording profile to the agent phone, the number (phone1) in the CSV file gets prepend with the pattern configured for the recording profile.

 

Example:

CSV number is 78454545

Recording Profile 989

The agent get the call offered, agent clicks on accept and the final call is 98978454545 which of course fails

 

When agent dials manually 78454545 the call succeeds and is being recorded

 

Any idea why this is?
