We are building an application that connects to the Finesse Notification Server and receives notifications about various agent state changes. We are using the XMPP notification service of Finesse. It works well, but after refreshing the Cisco Finesse web page (F5), the notification service stops receiving messages about status changes. It seems to lose synchronization. Why does this happen and what can be done to overcome it?
