Hi Community
We are currently running version UCCX 11.6 (2) with this kind of system. we are currently encountering some sort of random issue wherein agent cannot switch to ready state. The issue seems intermitent no predictive time when it should triggers. I'm not sure what kind of bug we are encountering. attached error example is provided and also please feel free to chat down your opinions regarding on this on why it happens.
