Force mass agent logout at end of day

Hi all,

In IPCC Express is their anyway to force a mass logout of all logged in agents at the end of the work day? Client is saying their agents sometimes forget to logout and it messes up the reports.

HI,

if you are not using autologin you could always cycle the server whenever you want the agents to be logged out.
