Hi all,
My customer is integrating Cisco Finesse with a CRM system (MO) to get DB from Cisco finesse to this CRM.
When agent on finesse accept call, the call information ( agent ID, start time, customer phone number...) will be send to CRM. In other tab of browser, this agent login to his CRM account and click GET CALL to save information CRM db.
But they want to get IP address of cisco finesse client to sure that this agent is handling call. But in http request send to MO from finesse, ip source is UCCX server IP.
Do you know how to config this case to get ip address of cisco finesse client?

Hello Phuong Pham,
UCCX comes with inbuilt finesse, so the IP address of the finesse are UCCX are same. Please check the IP address of Finesse agents using to login. It should be same as UCCX.
are you using standalone Finesse with UCCX? I do not know even that is possible with UCCX.
