We have a queue with 2 different levels of priority calls in it.
If your a normal caller you get priority 1, if your special you get priority 10.
Getting Average speed to answer on the whole queue is easy, however what we would like to know is average speed to answer by priority level.
Does anyone know how to do this, or a way to build it?
