How to handle multiple events coming for same request Unified Contact Centre 12.0 sandbox lab.
I have alternate the call. After Consult call answering, when the Agent clicks on Alternate button,the active call gets holded & hold call gets activated.Alternate click is working proprly for 3 times click.
But when we are going on click alternate button again & again,event are doubling.Like when we are clicking alternate button 3rd time ,4 events come.On 4th time,events become 8.On 5th time,events become 16 and this is going on increasing.How to handle this issue?
