ICM 8.0.1 with WMI Error in 2008 R2

Hi All,

We planned to install the ICM 8.5 in  Windows 2008 R2 servers . Since we don't have the direct installer for 8.5 , install the 8.0.1 & update 8.5 patch.

During the 8.0.1 setup we got the WMI installer error message.

We ensured that SNMP service & SNMP WMI Provider features enabled in the server . But no go.

Please help on this . How to proceed further.

Windows Server 2008 R2 is supported with ICM 8.0.1a onwards. So you need to atleast start with 8.0.1a. Checkout page 2 of ICM 8.0.1a Release notes guide
