IEX Workforce management integration

Has anyone been involved in a Cisco/Totalview IEX workforce management integration? We have purchased this IEX product, and integration should be fairly simple. Does anyone know what's involved?

if you are using IPCC Enterprise there is a special part number with a Cisco Advanced Services package, please contact your Cisco Sales Rep for it.

I am running IPCC Enterprise. I am happy to purchase the licensing or part number, but what changes need to be made on Historical Data Server to integrate with IEX server?

It will be a couple of days of work, they basically will have to customise the HDS for you.
