Integration UCCX 11.5 with Cloud Based Email Services Office 365

Hi,

I have read on UCCX 11.5 matrix compatibility that mention UCCX 11.5 support for cloud Based Email Services Office 356 for CSQ email integration.

I would like to know If there is a administration guide for this integration.

Does anyone have detail guide configuration for integration UCCX with office 356?

Bagus, there is nothing different you need to do there for integrating UCCX with Office 365. The process will still remain the same as mentioned in below document:
