IPCC 3.5.1 with Cisco IP Communicator for agent phone

i have needs use Ext.Mobility on Cisco IP Communicator

who use this combination?

i have message "unable agent log in" on CAD

on CRA....

any ideas ?

Hi,

IP Communicator is not supported in IPCC Express 3.x releases. It is planned to support it in IPCC Express 4.0.

The BU supports only that which it has tested. The statement of non-support is based on the fact that there has not yet been testing to qualify it and or document any caveats related to use, known issues or compatability requirements.
