Does anyone know if IPCC can communicate over SSL? Documentation doesn't say anything about it at all. If so, does IPCC use the IE engine to make the HTTP requests so that authenticating the cert in IE would be all that's required?
thx

CRA Engine can be configured to use SSL (port 443 https) when you install the http subsystem.
if the subsystem is already installed, you can change the port number in the Tomcat file: "server.xml".
please see the following link for more info on chaning port numbers the CRA Engine uses:
(under the 'changing port numbers' section)
(this added with SSL for CCM LDAP, etc. will help you to provide secure communications for your contact center environment)
also, webCollaboration can use SSL for chat and formShare. please see the following link for more webCollaboration info:

I'm sorry perhaps i wasn't clear enough. I am referring to IPCC scripts using SSL, not providing SSL connections to the CRSAdmin page. Has anyone seen this done before? Does anyone know this can be done, if so how?
Thanks in advance.

Hi panderon2k4,
Did you have any success with this?
There's got to be a way around this.
Thanks,
Mike
