Hello everyone
My issue:
A prompt has been configured in ICM Scripts whenever CED is not detected. The system plays a message "We didnt recognise your entry".
When the system was implemented, the Engineer replaced the default recording with a test one and this message is now reflected in all scripts on the system.
We need now to replace the test recording with a "professional" one.
On both IVRs (in load balancing), we have searched for the test recording file and deleted same. However, the prompt still plays!!!
Anyone knows if the system uses a "copy" of this file in another "hidden" location or any reason why this is happenning?

You haven't mentioned the type of IVR, if Cisco's IP IVR, try reloading the server and see if that will clear the repository.

Yes we are running Cisco IP IVR. We have also rebooted both IP IVR to no avail.
