ipcc agent installation

CRS 3.12. Agent was working on the pc but had problem today. We uninstalled it but when we reinsalled it always prompt it detects this pc has the agent already. We click yes, it continues installation, but it finished very fast without copying. then we check the program/cisco there is nothing installed. How can we fix this? We don't want to format and reinstall the pc. Thanks

Hi,

uninstall the desktop components in the following order

Desktop Supervisor (if any)

Desktop Agent

Desktop Base

Then follow the steps documentented in Service Information guide for manually removing Cisco Desktop Applications
